Q: How do I purchase a Prepaid Card / Top-Up?
A: Use and follow the step-by-step transaction process to purchase a Prepaid Card or Top Up;
(i) Go to HOW TO BUY page.
(ii) Follow the instruction. or,
(iii) Login to your LIBERTY RESERVE/ PAYZA/ SKRILL account.
(iv) Send money to the selected payment processor account.
(Check HOW TO BUY page for account details.)
(iv) You will get prepaid card number on your email id within an hour.

Q: How do I purchase a Prepaid Card / Top-Up via BRAC BANK account?
A: (i). Login to your BRAC BANK account through internet;
(ii). Add our account number 1535201988046001 as beneficiary account from MY ACCOUNTS>MANAGE BENEFICIARY.You have to do this only once;
(iii). Send selected amount to our account. Write your mobile phone number in description field. You will get a stan number;
(iv). After sending money email us at buy@prepaidcardbd.com writting your mobile phone operator name, your mobile number and the stan number;
(v). We will email you prepaid card(s) number in reply;
(vi). If it is more than 3 hour that you did not received your card then please send email/call at our support desk through contact us page.
(vii). 7% charges applicable.

Q: When can I do a Top-up? Are there any time and transaction limits?
A: All services from prepaidcardbd.com are available between 10:00 to 23:59 Bangladeshi time. However, there are no transaction limits on Recharge / Top-up. But consecutive transactions to the same Mobile Number will be allowed after 15 minutes of previous successful recharge.

Q: How can I get a refund?
A: Any Top-Up / Prepaid Card purchased using prepaidcardbd.com is not returnable and your payment is not refundable.

Q: What do I do if I find that my account has been hacked or used for fraud or forgeries?
A: We are not requiring your payment processor login credential so your account is totally secured from our side. If anyone hack your account and make a deal with us we will not be liable for that. But if you think that your account was hacked then you should immediately notify us at the following support desk before we process the order:
